Chatterleys had previously designed and built a garden in 2003 for this family. When a new home was  purchased in 2013,  Chatterleys were hired to produce a master plan that incorporated architectural changes to the dwelling, re routing of the driveway, a major renovation of the 80 year old garden and various hard landscape elements such as paths, steps, garden edges, a fireplace, a new carport and verandahs, a deck and extensive tree and shrub transplanting, as well as new planting of gardens and lawns.
