In 2007 Chatterleys were asked to become involved in the management of a garden surrounding an historic home in Bowral.

Essentially the garden required a major re think as to its function and feasibility. The 12 acres of garden underwent a transformative process of renovation, re- imagining and consolidation, with the aim of providing a backdrop and setting for boutique accommodation and as a venue for weddings and events.

Chatterleys were retained as horticultural consultants and landscape designers and subsequently were granted a contract to manage all exterior aspects of the grounds and garden at Hopewood.

Chatterleys remained as the Landscape Managers until the property was sold in 2013.
