THE FARM, GLENQUARRY

In 2004 Chatterleys were commissioned to develop a master plan for a private recreation and leisure space on a large rural holding in Glenquarry.
The brief included a new dam and ornamental lake and associated landscaping. Plans were developed to include a cascading water feature and weir, a jetty and boatshed with accompanying entertaining space, a pavilion to house a day spa and approximately 1 hectare of surrounding planting.
In addition, Chatterleys were contracted to carry out the construction of the built landscape elements, the transplanting of more than 40 mature trees, the establishment of wetland plants surrounding the lake and entrance watercourse and the revegetation of the land adjoining the roadway into the property.
The project was completed in 2005.
